I ordered glasses from “Optical4less” based upon your good experience with them even though several others on your site had experienced problems.
I received them and immediately returned them. Looking at a straight line through a lens results in a line curved from the lower left of a lens to the lower right. I received a reply that they had received them and they were cut to the prescription. In reading a line of text I had to move my headnot just my eyes to maintain focus. It has been 3 weeks since I’ve received any replies from them (they have a trouble report site) even though I have requested a status on them.
I notice you still have them listed as a recommend site.
